SHAFER MECHANICAL is a family business that has been in South Texas for generations. As our team continues to grow we continue to look for positive, hard working, Commercial HVAC Technicians with field service experience. Job Function:
- Repair, Diagnose, & Maintain Commercial HVAC Systems. Perform High Quality and Profitable Work.
- Must have 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
- Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. and must be willing/able to climb ladders.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Positive Attitude
- Process oriented and innovative
- Driven by team success
- Desire for a long-term employment commitment.
Hourly Pay Based Upon Knowledge/Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
