“For the last few months, the team at Shafer Mechanical has been invaluable to operations here and my own workload. This account is certainly a demanding one for several reasons. We have a lot to maintain, including the large office warehouse building and a historic mansion as well as a new office building and mobile asset units. We have unique systems to maintain, namely because of the design and specs of our components. We have difficult systems to maintain, partially because of the design and mostly because we run the system in overdrive regularly. We also, like other accounts, hope to be the first to gain attention from the service schedule when an issue arises.
Through all the woes, issues, and challenges – the team at Shafer has been phenomenal at addressing all HVAC and plumbing opportunities. Thorough communication, timely responses, follow through, kind personalities, and effective results. It is not easy to find a contractor or partner that can hit all those qualities.
