Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor
Job Function:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose issues with refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Read and interpret schematics and HVAC designs to execute installations accurately.
- Work effectively with the Shafer Mechanical team to complete jobs to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC experience.
- Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. and must be willing/able to climb ladders.
- Experience with chillers preferred.
- Experience with Building Controls Systems preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of Commercial Service Plumbing Experience
- Strong Mechanical and Plumbing technical aptitude
- Strong Field Leadership Experience
- The ability to implement and follow processes and procedures
- In depth knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing Commercial Plumbing systems
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Match Purchase Orders with vendor bills and vendor statements for accuracy.
- Reconcile Vendor Statements for accuracy.
- Enter all Credit Card transactions.
- Reconcile Credit Card statements monthly.
- Track Credits for Warranty returns.
- Maintain accuracy of Accounts Payable & vendor accounts
- Ensure up to date tax documents from vendors as required prior to payment
Although experience in the HVAC industry is preferred it is not required. The following attributes are necessary for this position:
- 3+ year Accounts Payable experience
- 1+ year Sage Intacct experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Office experience
- Service Titan Experience is a plus
- Familiar with inventory tracking and accountability
