Each professional inspection will include:
- Full cleaning of condenser coil
- Full cleaning of evaporator coil
- Replacement of air filters
- Measure of all compressor voltages, amperages and condition
- Measure of all fan motor voltages, amperages and condition
- Measure of blower motor voltages, amperages and condition
- Checking all belts and pulleys for wear with adjustments as needed
- Replacement of all belts (annually)
